Former Minister of Finance, Siv Jensen, has been elected as a new board member of PatientSky Norway. Jensen's experience from politics and expertise in public administration and the Norwegian health service will strengthen PatientSky's position in the Norwegian market.

Since PatientSky was founded in 2014, the company has become the market-leading e-health player in Norway. The company has great ambitions for further growth, and at the general meeting in December, Siv Jensen was elected as a board member of the company.

Siv Jensen was Norway'sMinister of Finance in Erna Solberg's government from 2013 to 2020. She led the Progress Party until last year.

“We are proud to have Siv Jensen on the team! Her background and insight will contribute to strengthening PatientSky as a solid digital healthcare player that will address challenges and opportunities in the Norwegian e-health market”, says Kristian Ikast, CEO of PatientSky Group.

Jensen now wants to use her experience and expertise to help develop one of Norway's leading e-health companies.

“PatientSky is already a success story. The company has helped to improve communication between doctors and patients through the PatientSky app, and not least free up valuable time for doctors and other healthcare professionals. Through electronic medical record systems, they can spend less time on administrative work and more time on patients. I think this is one of the most important things you can contribute to as a digital health player”, says SivJensen.

“With the special social responsibility we have as a company, it is a clear strength to have a resource like Jensen on board and it will strengthen us in the work of taking an even clearer position in e-health”, says CEO Kjell Magne Solli in PatientSky Norway, who also looks forward to having Jensen on the team.
